1. Refunds:
A. Vendor Responsibility:
- In cases where a mismatched or damaged item is received, the cost of redelivery lies solely with the Vendor.
- Refunds will be processed only if there is a verified fault on the part of the Vendor, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.
- UShopWeDrop.ng reserves the right to exclude itself from any disputed refund, meaning we do not assume responsibility for resolving disagreements beyond our mediation services.
B. Customer Responsibility:
- In cases where the mismatch or defect is not evident, or disputes cannot be resolved, refunds will be subject to the policies outlined under dispute resolution.
- Buyers must notify ToOctopus Limited within 24 hours of receiving the item if an exchange or refund is needed.

- UShopWeDrop.ng’s mediation service will oversee communication between Buyers and Vendors to facilitate this replacement process.

- Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns due to personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the product, including items that do not match personal expectations or size preferences.

- UShopWeDrop.ng reserves the right to exclude itself from any refund or replacement disputes, acting only as a mediator through ToOctopus Limited.
4B. We do not accept liability for:
- Failed transactions.
- Vendor errors regarding product delivery, quality, or description.
- Any losses or damages that may arise beyond the control of UShopWeDrop.ng.
5. Communication of Returns, Refunds, and Replacements:
- Any request for a refund, exchange, or replacement must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Buyers should submit their request through the platform or contact ToOctopus Limited directly.
- All returns, exchanges, and refund decisions will be made after a comprehensive review and confirmation of the details provided.
6. Governing Jurisdiction:
This refund and replacement policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in accordance with the existing Terms and Conditions of UShopWeDrop.ng.
